In experiencing this illness, which I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy, I have felt completely surrounded by people who do not understand what I’m going through. Through Chemical Free Gal, I do not feel alone anymore. She has brought so much light to the darkness and continually is able to share herself on what’s she knows and has been through. For this, I’m deeply grateful. I highly recommend learning about everything there is to know about environmental illness through her blog, consultations, groups, and Instagram.

Chemical Free Gal is very intuitive in her knowledge and recommendations. She helped me get back on my feet when I was injured by contrast dye a few years back. I was not sure I would ever recover, but with her help, I have. She is the most holistically medically knowledgeable person I have been fortunate enough to speak to. Rest assured she will be concerned with your situation and/or condition as if though you were her own family.

Chemical Free Gal is the best human resource you can find on any mold related topic- inspection, elimination, survival, or recovery- as well as dealing with the people/relationship fallout that can happen with a sudden and poorly understood health decline. She will not only answer all your questions, she’ll make sure you know the right questions to ask. She’ll tell you how to vet mold inspectors and doctors, advise on landlord interactions based on her personal experience, and tell you every possible way you can care for yourself and your family during this trial. She is THE preeminent expert and THE advocate for an otherwise invisible, voiceless, and ostracized community. This woman has been through it, and she really cares… and she knows her stuff better than anybody.

@ChemicalFreeGal was a HUGE blessing in my life. I know God used her to help me and my family while living in black mold. She’s honestly one of the most knowledgeable people on the dangers of mold and harmful toxic fragrances that I’ve seen on Instagram. Another big difference in chemfreegal is her heart to want to help others, even when they may not have the financial means at that time. That speaks volumes, thats Rare these days, shes someone that truly cares about your health. She’s helped me learn and understand so much. I’m so grateful.

How Mold Spores and Mycotoxins Affect the Body
